How do i use the shared printer??

I CAN'T LOG IN TO THE CIRRATO PRINTERS - WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

This is an instance that could happen the first time you log in to the Cirrato Printers. Follow the below steps for the solution.

  1. Navigate to your profile, where you see your upcoming bookings etc.
  2. Click Account Settings and change your password.
  3. You'll have to enter your current password and the password that you want to change to a bit further down the site, click save.
  4. Wait roughly 30 minutes for the sync to start working again before trying to log in to the Cirrato Printers again.
  5. If it doesn't work you might have to wait a few more minutes.
  6. Still doesn't work? Contact the local service desk for more instructions and troubleshooting.

FAQ - Meeting Rooms

  • I don’t get a connection to the screen.
    • Use HDMI, Check the adapter, test another adapter, test another computer. Still doesn’t work? Contact your local Service Desk.
  • I don’t get any sound to the screen.
    • Use HDMI, Check the adapter, test another adapter, test another computer, Check the sound output on your computer. Still doesn’t work? Contact your local Service Desk.
  • The screen works but the TV won’t show my presentation.
    • Contact the local Service Desk whom will check the settings to make sure the everything is correct there, input wise.
  • The screen is completely black.
    • Check that the cables are properly connected at the back of the TV.
    • Contact the local Service Desk whom will come and turn on the TV with a remote control and check the settings.
    • Be sure to report the Meeting Room number and the brand of the TV.

How do i cancel my booking?

  1. Navigate to to your profile, where you see your upcoming bookings.
  2. Click Cancel for the booking that you want to cancel.
  3. Read the cancellation policy for the booking, and confirm if you want to proceed with the cancellation.

How do i create a room booking?

  1. Navigate to the room booking section.
  2. Find an available room using provided room and date filters.
  3. Click Book this room or directly on an available time.
  4. Choose a start and end time.
  5. Optionally enter a message that will be sent to Epicenter staff, if you have any special requirements for your booking.
  6. Optionally enter a message that will be sent to the restaurant, if you wish to request catering for your booking. Please read more about catering below.

Can i order catering to my room booking?

Yes, by using the catering request textfield when creating a booking. This will send an email to our catering partner, who will then contact you to confirm your request. Please note that your request is not valid until you have it confirmed. If you wish to change our request, please contact the restaurant directly.

Note some items takes some time to prepare and must be ordered within a feasible time frame.
Please verify the contents of your request and refer to the following table to ensure we are able to deliver all of your items.

how can i use the telepresence robots?

The Telepresence robot is a free service to Epicenter member companies to have colleagues and business partners remotely access meetings and events at Epicenter.
The use is very intuitive, but here is the setup process.

For computers
1. Go to https://suitabletech.com/
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and under the tab ‘’Support’’ click ‘’Download installer’’
3. Press ‘’Download’’
4. Open the downloaded installer and follow the instructions
5. After you have completed the steps on the installer open the program
6. Login using the following Username and password:
Username: hello@epicenterstockholm.com
Password: Epicenter2017
7. After logging in a list with the title ‘’All beams’’ will appear. One Beam with the name ‘’Epicenter Beam’’
8. To start using the beam press ‘’Beam in’’
9. Steer with the arrows on your keyboard and adjust the speed on the screen
10. You can use the on screen settings to change volume, focus etc.
11. The Robots have about 2 hours’ battery time after which they need to go back to the charging deck which is located at Service desk

You can also log into the beam by using the ‘’Beam smart presence’’ app on your smartphone.
